Settings and shortcuts

Open Settings with the gear icon in the rail, or press G then comma. Press Esc to close.

Saved on this device

Font, background, Light/Dark, date format, language and shortcuts are saved in your browser on this device. They do not follow you to another device or browser. Set them again there.

Font

Personal includes PlanCub Sans (default), Literata and JetBrains Mono. Pro adds 15 more, marked PRO.

Background and Light/Dark

Theme Mode switches between Light and Dark, and is free. Personal includes three backgrounds: Warm Cream (default), Clean White and Cool Slate. Pro adds more than twenty colours. The accent colour follows the background.

Locked items are marked Pro, locked. Choose Unlock with Pro to see the upgrade popup. If your plan changes back to Personal, your Pro choices are kept but the defaults are shown.

Language

Choose Tiếng Việt or English under Interface language. You can also change it on the Account page, in About me.

Date format

Under Time, choose DD/MM or MM/DD. Every date in the app follows it. The default is DD/MM.

Calendar

Create the private link to see PlanCub in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. See Google and Apple Calendar.

Shortcuts

The Shortcuts tab lists every shortcut by area. Use the search box to find one.

Click the key badge next to an action. It shows Press a key…
Press the new key or combination. Press Esc to cancel.
If the key is taken in the same area, or reserved, the row shakes and tells you why. Nothing changes.

Enter, Esc, Tab, Backspace, Delete, the arrow keys and Space cannot be reassigned.
Browser combinations such as Cmd/Ctrl + T, S, R, N, W, L, O, P, D, V, X, Q and Cmd/Ctrl + 1 to 9 are blocked.
Restore defaults sets every shortcut back.
