  • Every new account gets 30 days of full PlanCub Pro with no card. When the trial or Pro ends the account becomes read-only (you can still read everything), PlanCub emails you 7, 3 and 1 days before, and notebook data is deleted only after 60 more days.
  • Feedback & Voting now lives at upvote.plancub.com: read ideas, then sign in with your PlanCub account to suggest, comment and vote (3 votes a week, 6 with Pro), and send private bug reports with up to 10 screenshots from the new bug icon in the sidebar or your account menu.
  • Affiliate program: share a personal link and earn 40% of the first payment (Pro $24, Lifetime $79.60) for every new customer. It opens once you have used PlanCub 10 days in a row, with an entry in the Account menu and the ? menu and one invitation email.

Improved

  • Feedback & Voting is faster and tidier: pages start loading as you hover, your votes and filters show at once, there are two filters (Status, and Topic with several choices), a collapsible intro, an avatar-only account button and a footer language drop-down.
  • Plan timeline: stages packed into a few days no longer pile up, the "Today" label moves out of the way, the date handles are easier to find and drag (also with a finger), and the add buttons are clearer.
  • Calendar and Inbox/Kanban respond instantly: dragging, dropping, resizing, adding, editing and deleting no longer wait for the save, drops are smooth, and the week fits all 7 days beside the side panels. Google and Apple Calendar events show at your local time.
  • Account: an icon before each menu item, a smaller "Manage or cancel subscription" button, a "Suggest an improvement" line in the ? menu, and the 7-day refund line shown only while it applies.
  • The homepage is simpler and loads faster, with the current screens and short demos, and a missing page or an error now shows a friendly PlanCub page.

Fixed

  • You can buy Pro at any time during the trial, the Upgrade button works again, and Account > Plan shows Pro and its end date after you buy.
  • Plan and Goal glitches: the "Today" label no longer overlaps stage dates, a crowded stage can be scrolled into view, and the Completed goals dialog fits the screen.

Removed

  • The free Personal plan and its limits: pricing, Help and legal pages now describe the 30-day trial, read-only accounts and Pro.
  • The course library and lessons: course.plancub.com now opens the app.
  • Refer friends and its five badges: old invite links open the home page.

  • Goals redesigned: choose a time horizon for each goal, add a parent goal between levels, skip levels with sub-goals, drag a goal branch onto a longer-horizon card to change its parent, reopen completed goals, and use the three-dot menu on each card for Note, Plan, Kanban, Complete and Delete. Pinch or Ctrl-scroll to zoom the Goals canvas.
  • Plan timeline: each goal opens a timeline of Stages with start and end dates, status and tasks. Drag stage dates with guard rails so stages never overlap or reorder by accident, and pinch to zoom.
  • Kanban grouped by Stage with column headings under every Stage, an Eisenhower-style board (Important and Urgent) with drag and drop, status shortcuts, and Enter to save a title. Open the Eisenhower view from the sidebar with G then E.
  • Workflows in Kanban: save a multi-step workflow, edit and reorder its steps, and create all of them as tasks in To do in one click.
  • A faster Inbox: press N to start a draft at the top, edit notes in place, and see the date, Important and Urgent marks right on each row. Schedule Inbox items straight into the Calendar and complete, reopen or unschedule them from a right-click menu.
  • One shared mini calendar across Inbox, Kanban and Plan: drive it with the keyboard (Tab, arrows, [ and ] to change month, Enter), and confirm or cancel with OK and ✕.
  • Focus timer: a full-window view while it runs, the countdown in the browser tab title, Short and Long break labels, and optional auto-start for breaks and Pomodoros.
  • Calendar: color each background task from the milestone palette, drag recurring background tasks to a new day or time, and see the now-line and Goal cards in orange.
  • Badges: 100 medal-style badges in 5 chapters, with progress rings, a celebration dialog when you earn one, and a filter for All, Earned and Not yet.

Fixed

  • Month view no longer opens on the wrong month or skips events in the first and last weeks.
  • Calendar and Inbox times follow Vietnam time, so events no longer start at 24:00 or spill into the next day.
  • Completing an item no longer overwrites a time changed elsewhere, and finished Kanban tasks go to the bottom of the list.
  • Completing a background task now applies to that occurrence only, not the whole repeating series.
  • Tooltips on header buttons stay above the Calendar toolbar.
  • Badge counts now include Kanban cards, matching the Dashboard card; the badge collection fits the window and closes with Esc.
  • No more language flash on the welcome screen, and the bear no longer shifts while the screen loads.
