1. The service
PlanCub is a planning app that helps you manage your work, goals, tasks, notes and focus time in one notebook.
2. Your account
You can sign in with Google or another supported method. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it.
Please give accurate information when you use forms or features that need contact details.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Break the law or harm others.
- Try to access accounts, data or systems without permission.
- Disrupt, damage or overload the service.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other lawful rights.
- Copy, exploit or redistribute paid content, learning materials or other intellectual property of the service without permission.
4. Your content
You own what you create or enter, such as notes, plans, answers, check-ins and personal practice data.
You allow us to process that content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure and improve the service.
5. Our content and intellectual property
Materials, interfaces, methods, images and text provided by PlanCub belong to the service owner or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or use them commercially without written permission.
6. Payments and access
Every new account gets a 30-day trial of PlanCub Pro with all features. After the trial, continuing to add or change content needs a paid Pro plan. Without Pro, your account becomes read-only: you can still open and read your notebook.
If an account stays read-only, its notebook data is deleted 60 days after it became read-only (about 90 days after sign-up for a new account). We send email reminders before the trial ends and before data is deleted. Your account itself is kept, so you can upgrade and start again.
Specific conditions for pricing, duration, offers and refunds, if any, are shown on the pricing page, the sign-up page or in a separate agreement.

7. Limits of liability
The service supports learning, planning and personal or work productivity. We do not guarantee that it will always run without interruption or errors, or that it fits every specific need.
You are responsible for the decisions, plans, actions and results that come from your use of the service.
8. Changes, suspension and termination
We may update, change, suspend or end part of the service when needed for maintenance, product improvement, system safety or legal compliance.
We may suspend or end access if an account breaks these terms or puts users, the system or the service at risk.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. The new version is posted on this page and takes effect from the date shown above. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the changes.
