Calendar
Calendar shows everything you scheduled: events, Inbox tasks, Kanban tasks and repeat work. Open it with G C.
Week and Month
Press W for Week and M for Month, or use the buttons in the status bar. Press T to jump to today. Use ← and → to move one day, [ and ] to jump one week (one month in Month view). In Month view, ↑ and ↓ move one week. Scrolling pans the week.
Press D to change density: Compact, Comfortable or Wide. A dashed line marks the current time in Week view.
Schedule tasks
In Week view press E to show the Inbox/Kanban column. It lists tasks that have no time yet. Choose a Kanban from the dropdown to filter. Drag a task onto a day and hour in Week view, or onto a day in Month view (it starts at 09:00).
- Drag a card to move it to another day or time.
- Drag the top or bottom edge to change its length. Times snap to 15 minutes and the minimum is 30 minutes.
- Right-click a task, or double-click it, to Edit Task, Mark complete or Remove from calendar.
Create an event
- Click an empty hour in Week view. The Add event drawer opens for that day and hour.
- Type the Event name, choose the Start time and the Duration (hh:mm).
- Optional: add Notes. They are private.
- Choose Add.
An event must end by 24:00 on the same day. To change or delete an event, double-click it and use Save or Delete.
Repeat work
Tick Repeat in the drawer to create repeat work, such as a weekly routine.
- Pick a colour and the weekdays.
- Set the Number of repetitions or the End date. Setting one fills in the other.
- Mark complete applies to one day only. The other days stay open.
- To change a repeat later, double-click it to open Edit repeat work.
Colours
Events are green. Repeat work uses the colour you chose. Goal and Kanban tasks are orange and show the goal name. Inbox tasks are warm grey. Completed items are dimmed.
