Your account
Open your account from the avatar at the top of the rail and choose Account. The left menu has Profile, Plan and billing, Preferences and Feedback, then Help and Log out.
Profile
- Your photo comes from your Google account.
- Full name: type it and click outside the field. It saves automatically and a green Saved automatically message confirms it.
- Sign-in email: the Google account you log in with. It cannot be changed.
- Member since: how long ago you joined.
To delete your account and data, email us from the address of your account.
Plan and usage
Plan and billing shows your current plan. On Personal it also shows how much of each limit you use: active goals, Inbox items and Kanban boards. The bar turns red when you are close to a limit, with a reminder that Pro removes it.
On Pro the usage bars are hidden because there are no limits. For what each plan includes and how refunds work, see Plans and billing.
Preferences
Choose the language of the app here. Font, background, Light/Dark and shortcuts stay in Settings (the gear icon in the rail).
Feedback
Feedback opens a form where you can report a bug or suggest a feature. Each message is read by the team before anything changes in the app. Approved suggestions are listed on the same page.
Help and log out
Help opens this Help Center in a new tab, so your Account page stays where it is. Log out signs you out of PlanCub on this browser and returns you to the home page.
